DAN KANZLER
Growing up in the Bay Area of California, I always had access to amazing local produce. This has always inspired my cooking. I keep things simple and light while drawing out deeper flavors with creative cooking techniques.
While in San Francisco, I was on the team at several Michelin-starred restaurants, including Aziza, Commonwealth, and Mr. Jui’s. I also worked at legendary places like Daniel, Jean-Georges, Atera, and Eleven Madison Park.
I couldn’t be more excited to join the Brueys team this season. Great food, good company, and having fun are what the snow is all about. I’m thrilled to be a part of creating those memories with you.
